1.Applying for professor
PhD is required with good educational qualifications, having a degree in a specific field of Teaching/Industry/Research with a minimum of 10 years of experience. One should also hold the position of Associate Professor with 4 years of experience in other IIM colleges or other institutes in India or abroad.
2.Applying for Associate Professor
PhD is required with good educational qualifications, having a degree in a specific field of Teaching/ Industry/Research with a minimum of 6 years of experience. One should also hold the position of Assistant Professor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in other IIM colleges or another institute in India or abroad.
3.Appying for Assistant Professor
PhD is required with good educational qualifications, having a degree in a specific field of Teaching/Industry/Research with a minimum of 3 years of experience while studying PhD.
4.Applying for Assistant Professor Grade 1
PhD is required with good educational qualifications, having a degree in a specific field of Teaching/Industry/Research with no experience. One who has completed their degree in doctoral can apply।
SALARY
1.For Professor
Payscale – INR 1,59,100 – INR 2,20,200
2.For Associate Professor
Payscale – INR 1,39,600 – INR 2,11,300
3.For Assistant Professor
Payscale – INR 1,31,400 – INR 2,04,700
4.For Assistant Professor Grade 1
Payscale will be as per level 12.
