To expand its support of Clinton County, Community Bank built a new branch in our hometown of Breese, IL. As the General Contractor, 天美传媒 Construction built the 2,480 SF facility featuring:

  • Entrance vestibule
  • Lobby with a polished concrete floor and a connecting waiting room
  • Teller counter and drive-up teller window
  • Offices for banking officials
  • Conference room
  • Employee breakroom
  • Roof-mounted solar panels

UNIQUE FEATURES

Completed the build in under five months

Exterior metal stud walls sheathed with a light-gauge sheet metal to increase strength

Self-performed installation of doors, frames, hardware, casework, and roof blocking

Collaborated with bank vendors to equip the facility with specialized equipment
