Midwest Real Estate News, a publication by , recently released its , highlighting the top commercial real estate professionals throughout the Midwest. This special issue lists the top-ranked brokers, developers, direct lenders, owners, and construction companies.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Construction achieved the 26th spot on Midwest REnews’ list of the 2024 Top Midwest Construction Companies, climbing from the 31st spot from the previous year.

Midwest REnews highlighted three of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½’s most notable recent projects. In the education sector, the publication named the 67,000-square-foot, two-story Pana Elementary School. In 2024 in the education sector, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Construction broke ground on 540,000 square free of learning spaces and worked on 19 education projects.

Within distribution and warehouse construction, the Westport Commerce Center buildings 4 & 5 at the 141-acre industrial park in Maryland Heights, MO took the spotlight. In 2024, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ constructed 1.8 million square feet of new facilities and developed 125 acres.

In the federal and defense sector, the multi-story, 170,000 SF Joint Operations & Mission Planning Center at earned recognition. The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ team at this facility achieved the incredible feat of completing over 382,000 work hours without a lost time incident.
