天美传媒 Construction听Company听announces the听expansion of its Preconstruction Team with the听addition of听Ryan听Diekemper听as听Assistant Director of Estimating听and Robert Waddell as Senior Preconstruction Manager.听听
Diekemper, who听brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry,听will听assist in overseeing the Preconstruction Department and will take a leading role in working with designers and clients in听developing, reviewing, and estimating projects听in听all听天美传媒鈥檚听market sectors.听He is currently a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee and is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and The Electrical Commission of St. Clair County.听Diekemper听earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from听the University of Missouri-Rolla.听

Waddell will lead preconstruction efforts听in 天美传媒鈥檚听Charlotte听office including听budget preparation, constructability reviews, value engineering, trade contractor engagement, virtual construction, and scheduling.听He听brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry听with extensive experience throughout the Southeast in the healthcare, education, retail, industrial, automotive, public and justice, corporate office, parking, faith based, data center, aviation, and hospitality markets.听Waddell听studied听at听West Virginia Institute of Technology and is a LEED Associated听Professional.听听听
